This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I'm a 21 year old graphic art student. I've been using Photoshop since I was 14, where I started making cheesy forum signatures. After acquiring a taste of non-practical applications of Photoshop I became enthralled by the limitless image editing options in the program. I went on to study photography and photographics heavily in high school where I learned more practical and professional uses of Photoshop. Also at that time I started regularly using Illustrator for t-shirt printing pre-press, as well as for vinyl cutting. Since then I have not been in a working graphic design environment besides when I'm in school at Hennepin Technical College.
Recently I purchased a three month premium membership to Deviant Art. After a great deal of positive feedback through using Get Watchers I've decided to put a little bit of money into my profile and do a lot more to get my work a little more attention. I've had premium memberships in the past and the features are nice so hopefully it'll get me using my account a little more often.
That being said Get Watchers has lead many people to me, and lead me to a lot of great works by other people on mediums I don't always browse. Below are a few favorites I've found the last week or so using Get Watchers to accumulate the 1,718 views I (without sponsorship) exchanged a few hours browsing art for.

Using the Get Watchers browsing tool the past four days, over 350 people have voted on my photo manipulation The Aubergine of the Sun with a 6 or greater. I've also received over 20 comments and 50 favorites, and a handful of watchers from just funneling a little less than 2,000 hits to my profile and and to that picture alone. I'm thoroughly convinced this is the best method out there for exposing under-exposed art. If you're interested in spending a little time browsing some good (and some not so good) art to get a little bit more attention to your art, check it out.
